Myra's wedding weekend began with a gathering of women in the bountiful yard of Judy Garry, the gardening fairy (a.k.a. Master Gardener Emeritus) of Your Vase or Mine.
Pulling up, there was no mistaking her yard. Surrounding neighbors had the traditional lawns and shrubs. Judy's property was bursting with buds, blooms, and all kinds of flora - purples, pinks, reds, greens, oranges, and whites. Wherever flowers could be, they were.
Judy had buckets of flowers already picked for the ladies to begin arranging, then she and Myra set out into the garden to harvest a special selection for Myra's wedding bouquet.
It was a lovely afternoon and the perfect setting for friends, cousins, mothers, aunts, and grandmothers to bond over flowers before the wedding festivities.
